ReplyDeleteBuka, man is principo nepatinka filmai apie visokias mafijas ir nusikaltelius. Kaip nepatinka ir tai, kad pvz. lrytas visada pirmajame puslapyje visada apraso henytes gyvenimo peripetijas, lyg jis butu koks nors svarbus asmuo, o ne nusikaltelis. Taip pat nepatinka ir tai, kad visoje Lietuvos spaudoje kai sugaunamas ar nuzudomas koks nusikaltelis nepamirstama paskelbti jo pravardes, lyg tai butu vienas is svarbesniu to nusikaltelio atributu. As tai tik matau, kaip tokio gyvenimo stiliaus reklama ir pateikima kaip siekiamybes pavyzdi, kas man yra svetima.

Ford Coppola use excellent different characters in The Godfather. The movie are very earthy despite gun, violence and power between people. If you are aware of these factors, The godfather is a great film. We always used violence in one form or another. Think about Rome Empire and their rampage.

ReplyDeleteAs for the Godfather, you might be right about the characters, however i would not think that the only way to reveal characters is through violence, but of course it might be one of the easier ones. Yes, we did always used violence, but it does not mean that we need to continue to do so. One thing that i abhor is constant glorification of "analysis" of most violent and criminal events in our society. That way propagating them into the future generations.
Masks, why would you think that people in western countries do not wear them ? they are just less noticeable and hidden under the acting, or they become faces :)

okey, we can carry role or personas (personas come from Carl. G. Jung) as we use in different situations, home, work, etc. The best are not to use any role at all, just be those who we really are.
